P.A. Duffy & Co Solicitors is pleased to announce the qualification of Sarah Kirk as a Solicitor, marking an important milestone in her career and further strengthening the firm's growing Human Rights and Planning & Environmental teams.
Sarah joined P.A. Duffy & Co in 2023 and commenced her solicitor training in September 2024. Since then, she has developed significant experience working on a number of high-profile and complex matters, establishing herself as a valued member of the firm's legal team.
Working within the firm's renowned Human Rights department, Sarah has played a key role in supporting clients involved in major public inquiries, including the Covid-19 Inquiry and the Omagh Bombing Inquiry. She has also played a significant role in assisting women affected by the cervical screening scandal. Her work has contributed to the firm's continued commitment to securing accountability and access to justice for individuals and communities across the island of Ireland.
Alongside her work in Human Rights, Sarah has also become an integral member of P.A. Duffy & Co's expanding Planning & Environmental team. As the firm continues to grow its presence in this specialist area, Sarah is supporting clients on a range of matters relating to planning, environmental regulation and public law.
