Caoilte Farry

Caoilte Farry is a Legal Executive at P.A. Duffy & Co, assisting across a broad range of legal matters in several areas of the firm’s work.

He works on a range of litigation matters, with particular experience in medical negligence, commercial litigation, human rights, inquests, judicial review and family law. His experience includes representing a large local company in commercial litigation actions against a major Irish bank, as well as working on a number of significant and complex matters arising from the UK COVID-19 Inquiry, where he personally represented the Northern Ireland Covid Bereaved Families for Justice at a hearing in London.

His work involves providing practical assistance to clients across a wide range of legal issues while developing experience in complex litigation and contentious matters.

Caoilte is currently undertaking the Law Undergraduate Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) programme at Ulster University, combining full-time legal practice with academic study.
