Michelle O'Neill

Michelle O'Neill graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with an LLB in Law and Accountancy before completing her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. During her studies, she was awarded the prestigious Thomasena McKinney Prize in recognition of being the top apprentice solicitor in her graduating year. Michelle was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2008.

Michelle specialises in private client services, with particular expertise in conveyancing, property law, wills, estate administration, and succession planning. She is committed to delivering practical, client-focused advice, combining technical excellence with professionalism, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail.

Her practice encompasses both residential and commercial property transactions, the preparation of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Controllership Applications, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning. Michelle also has extensive experience advising on Family Provision Claims and resolving disputes arising from contested estates, ambiguities in testamentary documents, and claims brought by disappointed beneficiaries.
